Furthermore, you agree that you will: (i) not scan, copy, duplicate, distribute, forward, or otherwise reproduce the Image(s), and (ii) not use the Image(s) for any commercial purpose or on any social media accounts, without the express written consent of the photographer, Cheryl Hurtak.
